How do I/we book our chosen Safari through your Company? Please complete our Online booking form or send us an e-mail. How can I pay you and what are your Charges for Credit Card Payments? We require 25% deposit wired to our account, and balance is payable at least 20 days prior to commencement of the safari or can be paid in cash US dollars or travellers cheques on arrival. We accept payment by Visa and Master Card but there is a 5% surcharge for Credit Card Payments. How far in advance should I book my safari? We advice our clients to book their safaris far in advance to ensure all is order at the time of travel. This is even more so during the peak seasons i.e. July and August and also during the Christmas and New Year season. Visas to Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania should be obtained from their respective Embassies or High Commissions abroad. Airport visas cause delays on arrival at the destinations. There is a fee for the visa ranging from US$30 to US$50 currently, whether it is obtained at the airport or in advance.> Does your price include all International Flights? No. International transportation to and from East Africa is not included.
