Blixen Museum This tour takes you to the pleasant house and gardens of Karen Blixen of "Out of A Africa" fame. It also includes a visit to the Giraffe Centre, the home of "Daisy", the world's famous Rothchild giraffe who starred in "The last Giraffe". Finally, you visit Ostrich park and the Mamba Village. 1 day L. Nakuru/L. Naivasha Depart and drive through Kikuyu farm lands and a breath taking view of the greatest valley in the world, the Rift Valley. Lunch at Lake Nakuru Lodge, followed by a full afternoon game drive in the Lake Nakuru Park, home to high concentration of flamingoes and pelicans, a true ornithological paradise. Return to Nairobi with a stop at the Lake side town of Naivasha arriving in Nairobi at around 6.00 p.m. 1
day Elsamere/Hell's Gate DAY 1 Nairobi -Amboseli: Drive Southwards through the Masai country via Namanga on the Tanzania border. Drive onwards to Kenya's first established game park, the Amboseli National Park situated at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro which is Africa's highest mountain (19,340ft.). Arrive in time for lunch. An afternoon game drive in this park provides a chance to view lion, giraffe, elephant and other plains game. Meals and accommodation at your lodge/camp. DAY 2 Amboseli-Nairobi: An early morning game drive followed by breakfast. Drive back to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch. 11/2 days Tree Hotel DAY1 Nairobi-Tree Hotel: Drive North through Kikuyu country, with a wonderful view of Mt. Kenya enroute, the world's most perfect model of an Equatorial mountain. Lunch at a base hotel, either Outspan for those overnighting at Treetops or Aberdare Country Club for those overnighting at The Ark. After lunch, special transport takes you to Treetops/Ark, for a night of game viewing from your room, from the flood lit waterhole and salt-lick which attract wildlife. Meals and accommodation at the Treetops/Ark. DAY 2 Tree Hotel-Nairobi: After breakfast, depart for Nairobi arriving in time for lunch. 2
